Real Engineering are currently undertaking a complete spiral overhaul to a 1992 52" Eurotek spiral freezer .
The works are for a large bakery group in the North of EnglandÂ
The scope of works consisted of the following;Â
Alterations from a "down go " to "up go" spiralÂ
Increasing the tier pitch to suit new product
Extending spiral columns to facilitate the larger tier pitch
Extending the drum
Changing the spiral orientation to suit customer requirementsÂ
Design & manufacture new upper open deck
Installation of new enclosureÂ
Modifications to control panel to comply with current regulationsÂ
New lubx rail supports
New drumbarsÂ
Installation and commissioningÂ
